We offer a 30-day return policy for faulty items.

Return Details:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for faulty items.

  • Proof Required: Please provide photos or videos showing the fault.
  • Supplier Contact: We work with multiple suppliers, so returns may need to be sent to different locations depending on the product. We will provide return instructions, including addresses for each item, once a request is made.

General Return Steps:

    • After we provide the return address for your item, you can visit your nearest post office.
    • While at the post office, you can choose to either:
      • Arrange for a courier pickup from your home.
      • Drop off the item directly at the post office.
  • Prepare for Return: Ensure the item is securely packed and include any necessary documents.
  • Reimbursement for Returns: We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs after you send a copy of the receipt from the post office.

Refund Process for Credit/Debit:

  • Refunds are only for faulty products and will be credited to your original payment method.
  • We may contact you for refund details; ensure you're reachable.
  • Your PayPal or bank details will be used only for processing the refund and not stored.

Refund Process for Direct Deposit:

  • Refunds are available not just for faulty products, but also if you paid your invoice late or if there were any mistakes when making the payment.
  • If your payment details or reference number were incorrect, you must contact us to initiate a refund.
  • We may request your bank details to process the refund, which will only be used for that purpose and will not be stored.
